Chip warmer is constructed with the infrared heating element running through the top of the unit to distribute the heat evenly. This unit keeps the chips warm and helps employees serve the chips evenly across the food pan, hot and cold spots. The reflectors are placed Stainless steel above the heating elements to help push heat down towards the food. This unit also comes with a perforated liner that drains extra grease and is removable for simple cleaning.
